Mexican Chilaquiles

                                    Hi! Today I will be showing you how to make some yummy chilaquiles, which is a typical Mexican dish. This dish is so simple and easy to make, as well as delicious, you will want to have any time of the day. My husband and I eat chilaquiles for breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending upon our mood. Okay let's get to the good stuff. You will need: -Corn tortillas, about 4-5 (Tortilla chips also work) -Eggs, about 2-3 (optional) -Oil of preference, any will do. -1 small can of El Pato sauce, like the one on the right. You can use a regular  tomato sauce if  you don't like the spice of the El Pato sauce.  Note: You can also make the sauce from scratch if you'd like and have time, although it doesn't take long.
